Meet Santa Jim

After serving 20 years in the United States Coast Guard, Jim spent more than two decades in the Information Technology industry and as a Real Estate Investor and Coach. Throughout his career, one thing remained constant—his passion for helping others.

In 2025, Capt Jim retired and relocated to Pangil, Currimao, Philippines, where he quickly became known for his community involvement, Christmas giving programs, and dedication to bringing joy to children and families. Today, Santa Jim and Helpers continue that tradition by creating magical Christmas experiences for homes, schools, churches, barangays, resorts, and businesses throughout Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.

For Santa Jim, Christmas is more than a season—it’s an opportunity to spread kindness, create lasting memories, and share the true spirit of giving with communities across Northern Luzon. 🎅🎄

  • Served 20 years in the United States Coast Guard as a Boatswain’s Mate, retiring with the rank of Petty Officer First Class.

  • Founded and operated his own Information Technology consulting company, providing technology solutions and support to businesses.

  • Worked with several leading technology companies as a Network Engineer, designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructures.

  • Spent seven years with IBM as a Disaster Recovery Subject Matter Expert, helping organizations prepare for and recover from critical business interruptions.

  • Organized and hosted real estate investor networking groups, while also serving as a coach and mentor to investors involved in residential rehabilitation and construction projects.

  • Retired in 2025 and relocated to Ilocos Norte, Philippines, where he married his wife, Adela, and became a proud resident of Pangil, Currimao.

  • Since making Pangil his home, Capt Jim has become actively involved in the local community through volunteer efforts, community projects, Christmas giving programs, and initiatives that bring joy and support to children, families, and senior citizens.
